Holy Listening Workshop
The Rev. Caroline Miura will lead a workshop on Sunday, December 15 after our 10 AM worship service on “Holy Listening,” a way to come to a deeper understanding of another person’s ideas, feelings, and experiences. Join us in a participatory experience of deep and sacred listening: listening directed toward helping the storyteller share fully.
- Learn how to lay aside the impulse to think about what you’ll say next.
- Learn how to lay aside judgment or the impulse to “fix it.”
- Learn how to share, and how to receive sharing.
