Caregivers’ Support Group Starting Up Again
On the 2nd Tuesday of June, the 12th, we will be restarting the Caregivers’ Support Group which went on hiatus when our resource person, Chris Ridley, moved to the mainland. Patrick Toal, the Big Island Regional Coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Association, will be our new resource person. Anyone who is caregiving or has an interest in this area is welcome to join us. It is a time to share concerns and support with resource people and those who have experienced caregiving. We will meet in the Building of Faith from 10 to noon. We welcome all, whether you are a church member, a friend or someone interested in the topic. If you know anyone who might be interested, please invite them to attend and give it a try. Questions – call Anne at 981-5761.
