On Community Responses to Homelessness – Family Promise

Family Promise helps parents and children find short-term shelter with local households of faith as they work toward long-term housing solutions. A chapter of this innovative group is forming in East Hawai’i, and Holy Cross leaders are considering how we can help. We will meet with Family Promise coordinators on Sunday, July 16, at 12:30 pm to learn about what being a host congregation would mean and other ways to support this ministry. If you are interested in attending, please let Pastor Eric know.
