UCC 2017 General Synod begins this week

The 31^st General Synod of the United Church of Christ is being held from June 30 to July 4,  2017.  The UCC’s biennial business, worship, inspiration, and fellowship meeting will be in Baltimore, Maryland. Please hold all the delegates and visitors traveling to get there before it opens on Friday, particularly our own Sue Smith (a delegate) and Pastor Eric (a reporter and photographer for United Church News and the Hawai’i Conference).

In Pastor Eric’s absence, we will not hold Bible Study sessions on Wednesday June 28th or July 5th.

This Sunday, July 2, please welcome the Rev. Rae Lelili`o to our pulpit, and be fed by her message! She and her husband, the Rev. Ausage Lelili`o, are co-pastors of the Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa, which worships at our church on Sunday afternoons.

Pastor Eric will be back in the office on Thursday, July 6th.
