Taking Action to Help Our Homeless Neighbors

Following the Council’s recommendation, an Ad Hoc Committee has begun work on researching and recommending what our church can do to help homeless families in our community. Please contact and pray for Anna and Biff Kennedy, Theone Albano, Bob Smith, Reilly Narruhn, Jayson Rekis and Linda Larson as they study various proposals. Moderator Gloria Kobayashi chairs the committee, which met Tuesday, February 28. We welcome anyone else to join us.

Mahalo to Malu Debus, Volunteer and Community Partnership Coordinator for Hope Services, who was the guest speaker at our  Senior Ministry program on March 23 at 10 a.m. Thank you to those who attended and shared information and input.
